KepCup Wiki

KepCup is an open-source, local-first Personal Agent app: you talk with Bots on your Mac, Windows, or Linux machine; each Bot remembers you, keeps its own wiki and skills, and does real work in a separate execution loop. Data stays on your computer by default.

Slogan: Create a team that serves only you.

This wiki is the English design map for how the product fits together. The Chinese source drafts live in the repo under docs/design/. Each page starts with a Source: line pointing back to that file.

Status notes

Many pages mark implemented, partial, or not implemented. Prefer those labels over assuming everything in the design is shipping.
