28 External Agents (ACP)

Design: settings Agent catalog (ACP Registry–compatible entries + KepCup fields). Bot task runtime may select an external agent; reply turns always use built-in pi.

Capability packs

Host injects missing capabilities via local MCP bridge (session token bound to run). Native-first for fill-in tools the agent already has; host-first for host-semantic tools. core pack required.

Isolation

Agent-native file/shell tools stay in the agent’s sandbox; permission requests → agent_tool cards; never bypass. Write lease held for the whole task.

Provider matrix (planned)

Claude Agent, Codex, OpenCode, DeepSeek Harness, Cursor, Google Antigravity (key/Vertex/Enterprise only — no personal Google login). ZCode abandoned (DEV-008: would require host to handle subscription credentials).

KepCup must not touch subscription credentials. See non-goals and ToS boundaries in the source doc.
