User says “hand X to Y”. Flow: inspect_bot_assets → propose_handover card (can “create Bot and take over”) → one confirm → host runs deterministic adapters (bot_handovers / items). Unattended does not auto-approve.

Responsibilities text rewritten; both sides leave traces. Distinct from delegation (27-Butler-and-Delegation).
