Wiki — Bot brain

Git-backed markdown knowledge base maintained by a dedicated maintenance loop. Bots enqueue sources (wiki_enqueue); host derivation handles heavy parsing (36-Wiki-Multimodal-Ingest, 17-MinerU-Document-Parsing).

Read/write

Personal wiki is fully isolated between Bots (D9). Sharing knowledge across Bots is via messages/attachments — except project wiki.

Project wiki (D92)

Shared single-writer maintenance queue (mutex project:{id}). Source ledger entries have creators; members delete only their own sources; lead/user manage all. Index at projects/{id}/wiki.db. Credibility wrapped by creator. See 41-Project-Team.

Skills — Bot tools

Agent Skills format (SKILL.md + assets). Scopes: preset/public, per-Bot authored, imported URL.

Authoring dual track (D100)

Job type	After sandbox trial
User intent (create_skill)	Auto-enable
Reflection suggestion (skill_suggestion)	Stays disabled until user enables in panel

Suggestions require evidence refs resolving to ≥2 completed runs (D97). Do not announce generation completion in chat.

Safety

Import scans / approvals; preset install lighter auth (22-File-Skill-Routing). Unattended may auto-approve install classes per policy.
