Under a Bot reply, list local files the Bot created/modified for the user (real workdir artifacts). Cards are in-app viewers — different from 32-Bot-Widgets (delivered HTML products).
Click → overlay preview: image / video / HTML (full WebApp tier, 47-File-WebApp-Viewer) / Markdown / DOCX / XLSX / text built-in; PDF and others open via system / download. files.preview may only read paths present on that conversation’s file cards.
