Click a task card → hide the conversation component (display: none) and show that task’s agent message list from runs.steps (assistant narration, tool calls + results, progress, injected instructions).
Top bar: back, task name, status, metadata. While running: events + 1.2s polling. Structured plan section from 43-Task-Loop-Harness.
