48 Bot Template Export

Export a Bot as *.kepcup-bot.json for others to apply or for device restore: sanitized Profile (persona / responsibilities / boundaries / model prefs / capability packs), authored skill files, avatar.
Never included: chats, memory, wiki, tasks, widgets, secrets, local references (MCP / connections / browser profiles / InkCop / domain allowlists). Both export and import sanitize.
Import = create Bot from template (sha256 guard after confirm; skills staged then real git commit; already-imported skills listed for reinstall). RPC bots.template.* + dialog:saveFile.
