System Share sheet (e.g. WeChat “forward to other apps”) → pick Bot/project → App Group inbox + URL wake → core share.consume materializes workspace copies and posts a message.
Context carries stable workspace copy paths + attachment ids/metadata — never raw paths; never dump ZIP/doc full text into the model. share_intakes idempotent; failed intakes retain files for recovery. macOS only in P0.
