You can upgrade directly from 3.3.4, and any 3.4, 3.5, or 3.6 release.

Configuration

You have to apply all configuration changes as described in releases since the previous version you have installed. Start with getting your configuration to Release 3.6.1. At the moment, we are not aware of any required configuration difference between 3.5 and 3.6.
