SBGN_ML
The XML implementation of Systems Biology Graphical Notation (SBGN) is known as SBGNML.
The current version (namespace http://sbgn.org/libsbgn/0.3) covers all three languages (PD, ER and AF). A specification document is provided here: http://co.mbine.org/specifications/sbgnml.version-0.3.release-1
