WorldEdit
WorldEdit turns a palette's entries and weights into a command you can copy or send.
Open WorldEdit from Palettes. Choose //set, //replace, //walls, //outline or //overlay. For //replace, enter the blocks to replace in the Replace field, such as stone,andesite.
The preview keeps block-state properties. A palette of stone with weight 7 and andesite with weight 3 gives:
//set 70%stone,30%andesite
Entries that all have weight 1 use an unweighted pattern, such as stone,andesite. Other weights become whole percentages. Every entry gets at least 1%. With more than 100 entries, the pattern uses the weights directly, so it can't express their shares as percentages adding to 100.
Copy copies the whole command, even if the preview is too short to show it all. Send sends it as chat, as if you typed it.
Sending needs WorldEdit on the server or in your singleplayer game, a suitable selection and permission for the command. Chroma doesn't check those for you. WorldEdit handles the command and any changes to blocks. Use WorldEdit's own undo for those changes.
