AD_Server_Location Plugin
This companion plugin lets an administrator choose where an AD_Server advertisement may be displayed. It does not create advertisements by itself and requires AD_Server.
- Configure and test AD Server first.
- Enable
AD_Server_Location. - Edit a campaign/ad and select only the locations where it should appear.
- Test each selected page/player while signed out and with an ad blocker disabled.
Available locations depend on the active layout and plugins. A selected location does not guarantee an impression: scheduling, targeting, frequency, browser policy and ad-blocking can still prevent delivery.
Why is no location option shown? Confirm AD_Server is installed, enabled and compatible, then reload the ad editor.
Why does the ad appear somewhere else? Clear relevant cache and confirm another ad plugin, theme slot or campaign is not producing it.
Can I use it with GoogleAds IMA? It is specifically a companion to AD_Server; other ad plugins have their own placement rules.
