Neo does not start

Re-extract the complete package, check security-software quarantine and inspect the Neo log.

Very low FPS

See Performance Tips. Lower capture resolution and test the chain one filter at a time.

CRT Beam Simulator-Neo is missing

CRT Beam Simulator-Neo is a built-in filter, not an external add-on. Restore/re-extract the complete Neo package and verify the intended Neo release.

Retro Crisis appears but fails to load

See Installing Retro Crisis GDV-NTSC. Verify:

slangp/shaders_slang/
slangp/retro crisis/

and make sure slang-shaders-master was renamed to shaders_slang.

A preset is broken after updating

A preset may reference missing models, shaders or external data. Restore the required files and check the Neo log.
