How it works

A video is made in four steps, the same as in the header: Idea, Storyboard, Video, Montage.

Idea

A couple of sentences in your own words, a photo if you like. The Writer — a local language model — splits the idea into scenes as long as the video model's scene: 5 s, 10 s on LTX.

Storyboard

Scenes can be edited, reordered, pinned and rewritten. Every edit is saved at once.

Video

The scenes are shot in chains by the video model — H3, LTX 2.5, LTX 2.3, WAN 2.2 5B or FastWan («Video models») — and joined with sound; optionally 1080p or 4K, HDR10, 48 frames per second.

Montage

The shot scenes on a timeline: trimming, transitions, speed, track and sounds, color. Nothing is reshot.

H3 and LTX make picture and sound in one pass: a scene sounds the way its Audio: line says. WAN shoots without sound.

The Writer and the video model don't fit into video memory together, so jobs run in a queue, one at a time. The video model starts by itself on the first shoot and stays in memory between scenes; after the Writer has worked or the model has changed, it loads again — up to half a minute.

Videos live in the projects folder. You can close the page in the middle of work — the result is saved to the project.
