Expected FIFA Folder Layout

The runtime resolves mod folders from the selected FIFA 16.exe directory:

FIFA 16/
  FSW/
    settings.ini
    NoSeats.rx3
    adboards/
    balls/
    Camera/
    Chants/
    GoalNet/
    Goalpost/
    Images/
      PitchMowPattern/
      Nets/
      Police/
    Kits/
    Nav/
    Nets/
    PitchMowPattern/
    Police/
    Referee/
    ScoreBoard/
    Stadium/
    TVLogo/
    Wipe/
  StadiumGBD/
    render/
      thumbnail/
        stadium/
  ScoreBoardGBD/
  TVLogoGBD/
  MoviesGBD/

For pitch, net, and police assets, the current code supports both the root FSW folders and the older FSW/Images folders:

FSW/PitchMowPattern/
FSW/Nets/
FSW/Police/

FSW/Images/PitchMowPattern/
FSW/Images/Nets/
FSW/Images/Police/

Runtime bootstrap copying prefers the root FSW/PitchMowPattern, FSW/Nets, and FSW/Police folders when they exist. The stadium assignment dialog uses the FSW/Images/... folders first for selector values and preview PNGs, then falls back to the root folders.

In both the Assign Stadium window and the Settings Editor's Stadium Settings tab, the Police / Pitch Mow Pattern / Net / Goalpost Model / Goalpost Texture dropdowns each have a small button beside them. It opens a grid with every available option shown as its preview image plus its name, select a single assigned stadium first, same as for the dropdowns. Goalpost Texture previews are rendered on demand from each pack's .rx3, so they fill in one by one the first time the grid opens; already-rendered ones are reused afterwards.
