Tournament / round entrance

A competition can have its own entrance anthem that plays instead of the home team's. Priority, most specific first: round > tournament > home team. Two extra sections in FSW/settings.ini, keyed by the competition ids the dashboard shows (the editor's Use Current Tournament ID / Use Current Round ID buttons fill the key):

The value is folder[,volume[,delay_seconds]], with the same defaults as a team entrance (0.16, 7.0s). The track is FSW/Chants/<folder>/Entrance.mp3 — or a random one of its numbered variants. If the assigned folder has no Entrance.mp3, that level is logged and skipped and the next one is tried, so a typo never silences the match. Edit both from Edit Chants Settings (the Tournament Entrance and Round Entrance tabs). It needs both the TeamEntrance and TournamentEntrance modules on (Modules card, Sound group); with TournamentEntrance off, only the home team's anthem is used.
