Satori is apparently a Zen Buddhist term meaning “a taste of enlightenment”. It's also a contraction of the first names of owners Sandy, Tom and Riley Moller. Their 15 acre vineyard is planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zinfandel and Petite Sirah; they also purchase fruit from the nearby Fratelliand Dorcichvineyards, as well as Chardonnay from Monterey and a Cabernet Sauvignon grown and produced in Washington's Walla Walla Valley.
