Digital TV.
- Decodes real broadcasts, with time interleaving and subframes (release 0.2.4). Services that use MMTP or AC-4 audio are not supported yet.
- Which radio: No: wide TV channels need a radio that samples faster than an RTL-SDR, which reaches about 2.4 Msps. See Supported radios.
- Try it without a radio: most modes include a built-in synthetic test signal, so you can open the screen and try the controls first.
- Receiving and the law: Receiving free-to-air broadcasts is legal in most countries. OnAir cannot decode encrypted or scrambled services, and does not try to. See Legal.
