Plugins: add decoders and actions without rebuilding OnAir.
| Group | Plugins |
| In the mode list | Add-ons |
New in 0.2.7.
The last entry of the mode list is the plugin manager: the plugins you installed, the permissions each one asks for, and their logs. A plugin that adds a mode appears in the mode list under its own name. A plugin is a file with a manifest and a stable C interface; nothing has to be rebuilt.
How to write, install and trust a plugin is on the Plugin SDK page.
- Install only plugins you trust: a plugin is code that runs inside OnAir. Read the permissions it asks for.
- The plugin SDK is new and tested on the bundled examples only.
