Lon Tiling

Block 6A - Lat/Lon Tiling V0

Description

This block is used to tile the surface when you have specific latitude/longitude values you wish to use.

Assumptions

• You have an initial shape model
• You have run process_fits and make_sumfiles successfully
• XXX120.SEED is copied into the scripts/ directory

User inputs

is the path to the working directory

Procedure

cd <path>/Bennu

ln -s scripts/make_scriptT_120.in make_scriptT.in
ls -l make_scriptT.in     # show that the link points to the correct place
head make_scriptT.in      # This should list the top of the file, which shows LAT/LON and the first several locations

make_scriptT
ls   # list the INN files that were created

nohup sh run_script.b &

find_nofitT       # This displays if there were any problems
tail -f nohup     # This shows any errors 
tail -f *OOT      # Or just select the current output file

find_nofitT | tee output
mkdir block6A
mv *INN *OOT output block6A

rm TESTFILES/*
rm TESTFILES1/*
