This setting needs further investigation.

##Overview

Foundations Materials

The SpriteOverlayScale setting is only applicable to Materials and I have literally no idea what it does.

##Syntax

This optional setting is used in materials.txt and must be within a BEGIN Material... definition block. The setting can be used only once per definition block.

    SpriteOverlayScale <number>

Where <number> is probably important. Defaults to 0.
