This property needs further investigation

##Overview

This property seems specific to Prisoner objects and defines how mad they are. Value is a number, seems to be in range 0..100?

If you find more information, please let us know!


This property seems to be the percentage threshold of complaining when needs go higher than it. And when complaining most (not all though) needs, the prisoners' temper will raise and sooner or later misbehave.

Most prisoners' BolingPoint are 100 and always to.

Some prisoners are less tollerant and their BolingPoints vary.

Guard suppression will temporarily raise BolingPoint.

If a prisoner has StatusEffects.angst, they will have lower BolingPoint.

I suspect "Behavioural Therapy" reform program may help increase those prisoners' BolingPoints, but I don't have time to prove this theory.
