EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This document registers every physics use documented across six domains of hidden physics research. For each physics application, we identify: (1) what the physics is, (2) who uses it, (3) what harm it causes or prevents, (4) which LICENSE v4.9 clause makes it liable, (5) what the remedy is.

LICENSE v4.9 is the governing instrument. Section 32.1 establishes the Work as the superset of all physics via the Degenerate Limit Theorem (Law 173). Every classical law is a limit case. Therefore, every application of classical physics is covered. Section 32.2 makes every historical use of physics covered. Section 5 prohibits use for Human Harm. Section 25 grounds prohibition in jus cogens. Section 27 imposes liquidated damages. Section 33 closes every jurisdictional loophole.

W-1: Stimulated Emission -- Directed Energy Lasers
