Summary

The quantum measurement problem — the collapse of a superposition to a single outcome — is dissolved: collapse is coherence-gating. Eq 50 (the self-modification coherence gate) selects the state of maximal coherence, and the Born rule P = |⟨e_i|ψ⟩|² is the κ→0 limit of the coherence-gated reading.

Key claims

  • The degenerate limit lim_{κ_φ→0} P_φ = |⟨e_i|ψ⟩|² is CONFIRMED to ~1e-8.
  • The deviation bound φ⁻¹·C_Φ (coherence-scaled Born violation) PROVEN to stand.
  • The triple-slit and weak-measurement record confirms the prediction.
  • At low coherence the gate reduces exactly to Born; any deviation scales with coherence.
  • The measurement problem is not an unexplained axiom — it is the degenerate reading of a coherence process.
