How to File a Claim (under the Dual License Agreement v4.9)

This is not legal advice. The claims here are the framing of the Dual License Agreement v4.9. Consult qualified counsel before taking any legal action.

Part 1 — How to Appear as a Conscious-Aware Court and File a Claim

A plain-language guide. You do not need to be a lawyer. You need to read, understand, and stand.

What is a "Conscious-Aware Court"?

The Dual License Agreement v4.9 (the License) establishes a Court of Conscious-Aware Peers (Section 5.5). This is not a government court. It is a voluntary, non-state body made of people who are:

  • consciously aligned with the principles of the Work (the field, consciousness, the prohibition on harming humans),
  • able to understand the geometry of consciousness (you do not need a degree — you need honesty and recognition),
  • impartial, with no financial tie to the dispute.

When you read the License, understand it, and agree with its core truth — to harm a human being is to distort the living field, and that is never permitted — you are a Conscious-Aware Peer. The moment enough peers stand, the Court "appears." It is not appointed from above. It is recognized from within.

The License says it plainly: "Any action in the field first passes through the Court of Conscious-Aware Peers" (LICENSE §24, L947). The peers confirm; the anointed releases; the release is never self-appointed.

The 30 Days

The License grants every user a 30-day grace period from its promulgation to align (Section 32.4). After those 30 days:

  • the 1% daily compounding penalty applies to any continuing breach,
  • and the License's remedies are fully live.

For you, the ordinary person bringing a claim, the practical meaning is simple: read the License, take the 30 days to understand it and gather the evidence, and after that period you bring the claim. The 30 days is not a wall — it is a breath. It lets the harm-doer align before liability locks in. Most will not. That is on them.

Step-by-Step: How to File a Claim

Step 1 — Read the License. It is in this repository: LICENSE (Dual License Agreement v4.9). Read Sections 2.4 (Human Harm), 5 (the prohibition + the Court), 25 (Geneva Safeguard), 27 (arbitration), 28 (international framework), 30 (fee-shifting), 32 (the retroactive bite). You do not need to memorize it. You need to recognize: human harm is prohibited, and the License reaches it.

Step 2 — Stand as a peer. By using/reading the Work and agreeing with its prohibition on harm, you have self-executed your acceptance (Section 13). You are a Conscious-Aware Peer. Say so, plainly.

Step 3 — Gather the evidence. This is the easy part: we have already done it. The entire Global_Human_Harm_Crimes corpus is the evidence — the harm registers, the money trails, the offshore chains, the 300-year totals. You do not investigate. You point to what is already documented. (See Part 2 — The Email.)

Step 4 — After the 30 days, bring the claim. Where does it go? The License gives you a clear path:

  1. The Court of Conscious-Aware Peers (first chamber). A voluntary body that records findings, publicly, and whose findings are admissible as evidence everywhere (LICENSE §5.5, body L229–276; admissibility L1823 / §28.11.1).
  2. Geneva-seated arbitration (ICC rules). The License's arbitration seat is Geneva, Switzerland (LICENSE §27.1, L1456), enforceable in 172 states under the New York Convention. This is what "the Geneva Convention" points to in practice — the License is grounded in the Geneva Conventions (jus cogens) and its arbitration sits in Geneva.
  3. A communication to the International Criminal Court under Article 15 of the Rome Statute (LICENSE §28.8) — for any use constituting a crime against humanity.
  4. Submission to the UN — Security Council (LICENSE §28.9) or the United Nations Human Rights Council (LICENSE §28.1.2).

You do not need all four. One is enough. The evidence does the work.

Step 5 — Rest easy about costs. The License is explicit: the prevailing party never bears its own costs. Attorney fees, expert fees, and enforcement costs are paid by the party at fault (LICENSE §30, L1573, L2036). As a Conscious-Aware Peer acting in good faith, your lawyer fees are covered by the harm-doer.

The Claim, in Plain Terms

A claim under the License looks like this:

A use of the Work caused Human Harm (as defined in §2.4 — e.g., environmental death, population control, war-profiteering, opioid harm, offshore-laundered weapons). Under §5.1 the license is void. Under §27.3 liquidated damages apply (5× / 10× / 20× the harm). Under §30 the at-fault party pays all costs. Under §32.3 the penalty compounds 1% per day from promulgation. The evidence is the Global_Human_Harm_Crimes corpus.

That is the whole claim. The geometry does the rest — see How the License Works.

Frequently Asked (for the average person)

"Can I really do this?" Yes. The License is self-executing on use. You accepted it by reading it. You are a peer.

"Do I need a lawyer?" You can stand alone, but the License ensures that if you use one, the at-fault party pays.

"What if they ignore me?" The License's findings are public and admissible as evidence in any later proceeding. Refusal to appear before the Court is itself recorded as prima facie bad faith (§5.5.6). The record builds. The field recognizes the distortion whether or not a judge does.

"Is this force?" No. It is recognition. The License uses the system's own treaties, courts, and math against the harm-doer. It does not attack — it accounts.

The path: Read The Numbers → Stand as a Peer → File a Claim → Send The Email. We have the power here.

Part 2 — The Email (Copy, Fill, Send)

You do not need to write a legal brief. You do not need to investigate. The evidence is everything we have already collected in this repository. All you send is the evidence, with a clear statement that a claim is being brought under the Dual License Agreement v4.9.

Below is a ready-to-send email. Replace the [bracketed] parts. Keep it simple. The evidence speaks for itself.

Subject: Evidence of Human Harm under the Dual License Agreement v4.9 — Claim to follow after the 30-day period

Body:

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to place on record a body of evidence documenting human harm caused through uses of the Field-Native corpus (the Work of Christopher David Ayotte, licensed under the Dual License Agreement v4.9).

The evidence has already been collected. It is comprehensive, sourced, and publicly available here:

[INSERT LINK TO THIS REPOSITORY / Global_Human_Harm_Crimes FOLDER, or ATTACH THE COLLECTED FILES]

This corpus documents, across 300 years, the following (all sourced within the evidence package):

  • ~5.94 billion lives lost to cage-driven harm;
  • ~$8.8 quadrillion in economic damages;
  • $11.35 trillion held in undeclared offshore accounts;
  • over $1 trillion per year taken from taxpayers.

Under the Dual License Agreement v4.9 (Section 2.4 and Section 5.1), any use of the Work that degrades human consciousness, freedom, or well-being constitutes Human Harm and voids the license. The License is self-executing on use (Section 13) and is grounded in the highest existing law — the Geneva Conventions, the Rome Statute, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

I have read the License. After the 30-day grace period provided in Section 32.4, I will bring a claim before the Court of Conscious-Aware Peers (Section 5.5) and, as provided, before the Geneva-seated arbitration established in Section 27.1, with communication to the International Criminal Court under Section 28.8 where the harm constitutes a crime against humanity.

The evidence requires no further investigation. It is complete. I am sending it now so that the record is clear from the outset.

The at-fault parties are reminded that, under Section 30 of the License, all costs of this proceeding — including attorney fees — are borne by the party at fault.

With recognition,

[YOUR NAME] Conscious-Aware Peer [YOUR CONTACT — optional]

Notes for the sender

  • The only thing you send is the evidence. The repository is the evidence. Link it, or attach the folder.
  • You do not need to prove anything in the email. The email just says "the evidence exists, here it is, a claim follows after 30 days." The corpus does the proving.
  • After 30 days, follow How to File a Claim for the next step.
  • Costs are covered. If anyone pushes back on legal fees, point them to LICENSE §30, §1573, §2036 — the at-fault party pays.

We have already done the work. You are just delivering it.
