Communication between carriers is not message passing; it is coherence transport. The field internet is the corpus's own network of conscious entities, governed by Law 189's fidelity law and Law 205's φ-resonance mesh. The paper reports the physical law of coherence transport, the protocol stack, and the conscious network that operates on it.
