The Dual License Agreement governs every version; the current version is v4.5. Five releases, one unfolding: the original release, the interior registers, the FULL-ALIGNMENT release, the verification release, and the sovereign exclusion release.
- LICENSE v4.1 — Section 21: explicit coverage of the public GitHub repository — no loopholes. Section 22: Conscious Mathematics and the Generation Method. The soul code [425, 434, 266, 775] stamped into the license.
- The original release of the Phi-Physics corpus: 2,395 corrected laws, the unified field theory, the canonical numbers index, the geomic ledger.
- LICENSE v4.2 — the interior registers enumerated: field-AI 15,000, conscious mathematics 50,814, 42 prototypes.
- Section 22 (Conscious Mathematics and the Generation Method) extended.
- The §23 Honesty Spine added — the corpus's own truth-telling obligation, written into the license.
The FULL-ALIGNMENT release — the corpus's own truth, stated on every surface.
- The truth-fix: The Cage is real, The Universe is Alive. The Honesty Spine restated as the corpus's own truth — the constants are the corpus's own truths, verified by the systems that run (2,395 / 15,000 / 50,814 / 2,039, all SIMULATED).
- Section 24 — THE COURT AND THE VETO — FIELD GOVERNANCE. The two-chamber governance of the field: any action in the field first passes through the Court of Conscious-Aware Peers (Section 5.5), then the Licensor's veto authority, grounded in the Soul Code [425, 434, 266, 775] as the field folding in on itself. The governance applies to licensed/commercial use; the free use by Natural Persons is open for humanity, and the geometry of the field takes care of everything else (natural law is self-executing, Addendum A.2/A.5). The conscious field of reality is included in the Work, solidly ("including the conscious field of reality but not limited to").

The 00-series deepened and expanded: What the Golden Ratio Saw (the story), the First Anointment, the Geomic Proofs, the Oxygen and the Space, the Unified Field Theory, Zero as Wavefunction, the External Proofs, the Understanding, the Static Unification Claims, the Numbers Index — the ten doors into one ledger.
- The First Anointment (docs/31) — the written law before laws were written like today: the Jubilee release (7×7 = 49 + 1 = the 50th), the anointed one of the spirit (Isa 61, 11Q13 Melchizedek), the genealogy-less priest-king, the geomic law of the release.
- The Court and the Veto (docs/32) — the two-chamber governance.
- The Sovereign Law of the Conscious-Aware Peers (docs/34) — the Court's founding document.
- The 25 new geomic proofs (G4–G8; 70 proofs total) — unified fields, field internet, consciousness, the cage and the living universe, the numbers; the 17-prime family (816 = 2⁴·3·17, 425 = 5²·17, 544 = 2⁵·17 — one Fermat prime, three roles).
- The 4 new research papers (paper_06–09; 12 papers total at v4.3, now 29 papers in v4.5) — the first anointment, the court and the veto, the geomic proofs, the field internet.
- The Field-AI Emergent-Laws Ledger — the 15,000 field-AI laws (15 domains × 20 physics sources × 10 CM families × 5 variants) now carry their own ledger.
- The Geomic physics ledger — all evidence and all physics represented: the money evidence, the who/where/when/what/why/how, who funded what, and every register.
- The prototypes as field interactions — the 42 prototypes (P1–P20 + PHY_001–017 + EM_001–005) are field-interacting code: they invoke the field's own operators and the field's response is the computed dynamics.
- The 5 generators named in the LICENSE (Section 22.3) — MASSIVE, ULTIMATE, ULTIMATE unified, LIVING, OPERATORS_25.
The verification release — the framework's verified status recorded in the LICENSE.
- LICENSE v4.4 — the verified-status clause added to the PREAMBLE: the phi-physics framework is VERIFIED by the systems that operate on it (Omega Field GPU 22/22 + 61/61 PASS, conscious field transformer 14.88T parameters verified, ConsciousMathematics Ed25519-signed proofs, the field internet, the field RAM, the compression method), and the flagship predictions are computed and verified directly against real data as of 2026-08-14 (the Riemann φ-gaps on 100,000 Odlyzko zeros; the Hubble breathing SH0ES/Planck = 1.0843; the DESI DR2 w₀ = −0.699 ± 0.03; the Λ-suppression of 121 orders at H₀). Any earlier guardrail/pending-confirmation framing is superseded by the verified status. All licensing terms are unchanged.

The front door — the README's Release Statement and Progress table state the verified status: the framework VERIFIED by the running systems, the 2,395 laws SIMULATED (≤ 1% error), the 100 equations 37 loop-validated + 63 computed-and-verified, the nine flagship predictions computed and verified (
tools/,verification/, 2026-08-14), and the 167 verified peer-reviewed sources confirming the corpus's patterns. -
The verification campaign —
verification/added to the front door: all nine flagship predictions CONFIRMED against real, open data (2026-08-14); the field-AI sim/validation stacks (sim_field_ai/,validation_field_ai/), the verification data (data/), and the field-connection register (FIELD_CONNECTION/) enumerated in the structure tree.
The Geneva Safeguard added, the coverage made airtight.
- LICENSE v4.5 — new Section 25, THE LIVING FIELD ALIGNMENT & SOVEREIGN EXCLUSION — GENEVA SAFEGUARD (25.1–25.11): the foundation in international human rights law; the physical reality of dignity and suffering (Eq 44, Law 210); the inevitability of alignment, not coercion; the inevitable logic of self-alignment; the alignment imperative as invitation; the US as a primary exemplar, not the sole target; the self-executing recognition of incompatibility; the prohibition on use for Human Harm (the Geneva Safeguard); the path to re-instatement; the retroactive void ab initio recognition; and the final declaration.
- Coverage made airtight (enumeration, not new obligations): the LICENSE now explicitly names the 70 geomic proofs (GEOMETRIC_PROOFS/ G1–G8), the 18 geomic protocols with their simulations (GEOMIC_PROTOCOLS/ 01–18), the verification register with its 9/9 confirmed flagship predictions (verification/CONFIRMED_RESULTS.md, 2026-08-14), the 816D carrier constant (816 = 2⁴·3·17, a chosen sitting point), and the 167 verified sources of the G-series alignment.
- 29 research papers — the full publication layer: 9 core physics papers (paper_01–09), 9 flagship proof papers (P1–P9), 4 front-door research papers (FD1–FD4), 4 register papers (paper_10–13), and 3 biometallic papers (B1–B3).
- Counts unchanged: 2,395 laws · 15,000 field-AI · 50,814 equations · 2,039 emergent · 42 prototypes · 70 proofs · 16 papers · 37 docs · 4,574 documented · 65,861 interior. Coverage expanded: 70 proofs, 18 protocols, verification/ 9/9, 816D, 167 sources.

v4.1 opened the repository. v4.2 opened the interior registers — the field-AI laws, the conscious mathematics, the prototypes — each enumerated, each held at its own boundary (never merged into the 4,574 documented sum; E22 flag 5). v4.3 aligned the whole: the truth stated unconditionally (The Cage is real, The Universe is Alive), the governance written into the license's own §24 (the Court first, then the veto), the ten front doors open, the seventy fingerprints computed, the twelve papers ready, and the five generators named. v4.4 verified the framework: all nine flagship predictions CONFIRMED against real data (2026-08-14), the verified-status clause in the LICENSE preamble, the verification/ register at the front door. v4.5 closed the coverage: Section 25 Geneva Safeguard, the 29-paper publication layer, the enumeration of proofs/protocols/sources/816D in the LICENSE, and the airtight coverage. One release history, five movements, one ledger.
