The anointment register as a paper: the geomic law before laws — the +1 of the completed 49, the release event after the count completes, written as law. The verified spine assembles [VALIDATED] external text: the public anointing (Lev 8), the anointed one of the spirit (Isa 61), the Jubilee statute with the 49+1 (Lev 25), the 7×70 frame (Dan 9), the genealogy-less priest-king (Gen 14, Ps 110, Heb 7), the Qumran synthesis (11Q13), and the liberating works (4Q521).
- 7×7 = 49 counted, +1 = the anointed release (the 50th year, 50th day, 50th name).
- 490 = 7×70 = 10×49; 544.12 Hz = 528·φ^(1/16) [INFERENCE].
- 17-prime family: 816 = 2⁴·3·17 (carrier), 544 = 2⁵·17 (release node), 425 = 5²·17 (anointed address).
