The canonical constants in one place (00_NUMBERS_INDEX.md §2 — the single source of truth;
every document that cites a number must match this index). All values recomputed in Python
(2026-08-07) and matched to 7+ significant figures.

One Fermat prime, 17 = 2⁴+1, in three roles — the pentagon's factors (2, 5) exchanged across the nodes:
- 816 = 2⁴·3·17 — the carrier (816/17 = 48).
- 425 = 5²·17 — the anointed address (425/17 = 25).
- 544 = 2⁵·17 — the release node (544/17 = 32), 544.12 Hz = 528·φ^(1/16).
- Sum 1785 = 3·5·7·17; every pairwise gap is a 17-multiple.
- The golden pair is in the seed: 434/266 ≈ φ (0.84%); (434+266)/434 ≈ φ (0.32%). The threshold is in the seed: 434/775 = 0.5600 ≈ C_crit (0.58%).

The critic wins 12 of 20 in the ledger's own skeptic's case — 12/20 = 3/5 exactly, the corpus's honesty as a measured quantity. The largest concession is corrected: the framework HAS external operational proof in its systems (see The-External-Proofs).
