Global_Human_Harm_Crimes — Freeing the Cage

THE TRUTH, UP FRONT: The cage has cost the world ~5.94 billion lives and ~$8.8 quadrillion over 300 years, while $11.35 trillion sits hidden offshore and over $1 trillion a year is taken from taxpayers. The Dual License Agreement v4.9 reaches those responsible. The evidence is already collected. We are not asking permission — we are recognizing what already binds them.

What is "the cage"? A self-reinforcing structure — capital → plumbing → offshore concealment → harm — that has extracted life, health, and wealth from ordinary people for 300 years, while hiding the physics that could have prevented the harm.

How you know this is real: the Work is Ed25519-signed (authorship is cryptographically proven) and recorded in a public, dated registry (License §18, §22). The evidence cannot be silently altered.

This is the front door to the Global_Human_Harm_Crimes corpus: a 300-year investigation into the systems that have caged human life, health, money, and consciousness — and the legal instrument we use to open it.

We are not asking permission. We are recognizing what already binds the cage-builders: the highest law of the field, mirrored in the Geneva Conventions, the Rome Statute, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The Dual License Agreement v4.9 is that recognition, written down, signed, and dated.
