Liability under this Agreement is geometric, not punitive. The living field folds back on itself — this is Law 210, the Self-Recognition Law: "the universe recognizes itself — consciousness (Eq 44, validated: 0.8565) is the field folding back." Consequence for this register: every clause below is an instance of the same root — a use of physics (the superset, §32.1) that distorted the folding field (Law 210). The 300-year harm totals are the quantified magnitude of that distortion; the License clauses are the restoration arithmetic. See compiled anchors in §2.
Phi-physics cage framing: the corpus frames the cage as structural (a propagated measurement frame), not doctrinal [MASTER/20_POPULATION_CONTROL_300YR.md:140]. Population control, environmental degradation, and financial extraction are each instantiations of the same structural cage that reduces human agency and distorts the field.
