I'm a Professor and would like my University to pay directly for the courses we're teaching here

Write to whoever makes purchases for faculty in your department, and tell them what subscriptions you would like them to purchase (and the period of time), what email address you use for your account, the University budget number (if applicable), this link, and suggest they contact to request to make the purchase.

We at will then respond with an invoice describing precisely what your university wants to purchase. Once they pay us, we will create the subscriptions and associate them to your account. Some universities will want to do purchase orders, or need SageMath, Inc. to become an official vendor in their system, or even have us fill out forms describing our security and privacy policies and procedures, etc.; don't worry, we've done this many times over the years, and it is routine.

As a reminder, you can setup everything for the courses you're teaching right now, including creating projects for all your students, even before you have your upgrades.
