Bleeding
Automates the Bleeding condition, applying damage at the start of each affected creature's turn.
- Open the Damage & Conditions Panel.
- Enable Bleeding, set a damage amount, and select a duration.
- Click Apply.
Visual coming soon
Auto Mode (default): When the affected creature's turn begins, Bleeding damage is applied automatically. No Director action is required.
Manual Mode: A reminder chat message appears at turn start with a button the Director clicks to apply the damage. Useful if you prefer explicit confirmation before damage lands.
Set the mode in the Conditions settings submenu.
Multiple Bleeding effects from different sources stack. Each source has its own damage value and duration. They are tracked as separate active effects on the actor.
Bleeding is removed when:
- The duration expires.
- The creature takes a respite (if duration is set to Respite).
- The Director manually removes the effect.
| Setting | What It Does |

- Bleeding damage is untyped by default in Draw Steel.
- Auto mode requires an active combat. Outside of combat, no turn-start trigger fires.
