Mark
Automates the Tactician's Mark ability: grants edges on attacks against marked targets and posts reminders when marked creatures fall.
Apply the Marked condition via the Damage & Conditions Panel, or use the Mark macro from the compendium. The source must be the Tactician.
DSCT validates that the source actor has the Mark ability before applying. If the source actor has the Anticipation ability, up to two targets may be marked simultaneously.
While a target is Marked:
- Allies of the Tactician gain edge on attack rolls targeting the marked creature.
- The edge is injected automatically into the roll dialog as a named pill.
When a marked creature is defeated, a reminder chat message is posted noting that the Mark has been cleared.
Marking a new target clears the old Mark from the same Tactician. DSCT handles this automatically without requiring a manual removal step.
Marked is removed when:
- A new target is marked by the same source.
- The marked creature is defeated.
- The duration expires.
- The Director removes it manually.
