Back to PowerSync settings returns to the main menu. Ordinary provider edits usually save their section and finish; you do not need to traverse every specialist page.
Connection saves normally reload the integration. Optimizer tunables can apply in place, while structural changes or a failed live update can require a reload. Existing values generally open from saved options, with legacy configuration and detected values as fallbacks. A successful save does not establish hardware behaviour.
Changing battery brand saves the new selection before its connection form is completed. Closing the flow does not guarantee rollback, and returning to the previous brand may require re-entering connection settings. Review current limitations before changing brands or saving a setup that uses grid-charge blackout windows.
These are HA configuration instructions. HA entities, HA services, PowerSync automations and the mobile app are separate control surfaces.
Configure native Amber battery login, the control owner, and permission to enable Smart Shift in the Amber Smart Shift guide.
