Type: custom, tested in production (pass)
- Medium phrase: "Two-colour risograph print on off-white uncoated paper, widescreen 16:9." Video anchor: "Two-colour risograph print animation: fluorescent pink and teal spot inks on off-white paper with coarse halftone grain and slight misregistration, flat printed shapes that move in a stepped printed cadence, printed, not rendered."
- Character design: flat shapes in two inks; where they overlap they make a dark third tone used for the darkest areas; mid-tones as coarse halftone dots.
- Materials / rendering: visible riso grain, uneven ink coverage with lighter streaks, soft dot edges, a faint roller mark, one ink misregistered a hair to leave slivers of bare paper and overlap at every edge. Only the two inks, their overlap and bare paper.
- Light: flat printed tones, no cast shadows.
- Motion: suits a moving silhouette (a cyclist) so the misregistration reads; stepped cadence; one tracking move.
- Stability line: "Strictly a two-colour risograph print on off-white paper, only [ink 1], [ink 2], their [overlap] and bare paper, coarse visible halftone dots, slight misregistration, stepped printed cadence, uneven ink coverage and grain visible throughout, stable shapes, consistent character drawing."
- Guards: no extra colours, no gradients, no fine detail, no photorealism, no 3D rendering, no realistic fabric texture, no live-action look, no lettering on signs.
- Known failures: none in the test take (bicycle courier passing shopfronts).
