Final Closeout Trial Walkthrough

This page gives customer evaluators a structured CAVRA final closeout trial using synthetic evidence.

Walkthrough Flow

  1. Establish the operating model: Community records public-safe metadata; Enterprise or SaaS provides private enforcement, organization controls, and license validation.
  2. Open the Evidence Console or review examples/demos/final-closeout-trial/sample-evidence-package.json.
  3. Confirm final readiness evidence, closed release summary, and external archive signature metadata.
  4. Review retention approval, retention date, and legal hold metadata.
  5. Review the downloadable artifact bundle metadata and file hashes.
  6. Review retention health findings and owner-tracked risk acceptance.
  7. Review redacted alert delivery metadata.
  8. Review failed delivery retry planning and dry-run worker evidence.
  9. Apply the final closeout release criteria.
  10. Close with the Community-to-Enterprise or SaaS upgrade path.
