This public-safe sync records that private Enterprise PR #94 delivered trial conversion customer-success and account-team follow-through evidence in Huzefaaa2/cavra-enterprise.

The public Community repository contains only boundary documentation. It does not contain Enterprise source code, customer records, customer health records, account records, finance records, billing data, license-service internals, production provisioning details, private policy packs, or runtime secrets.

Private Evidence Added

The private Enterprise evidence consumes approved conversion executive renewal evidence and records reference-only customer-success and account-team follow-through metadata for closed-out paid-pilot and production conversions.

  • executive renewal evidence is ready;
  • executive renewal approval is approved;
  • the approval package matches the executive renewal evidence package;
  • conversion target is paid_pilot or production;
  • renewal owner matches the approved renewal action owner;
  • customer-success, health-review, adoption, support-transition, account-team, leadership, renewal-owner, renewal-commitment, commercial, and owner references are present.

Enterprise Challenge Solved

Executive renewal packages can still fail commercially when leadership action, account-team ownership, customer-success follow-up, support transition, and renewal-owner acknowledgement are not tracked to completion. This private gate makes post-conversion accountability auditable without exposing customer, account, finance, billing, license, or provisioning implementation details.
