Trial Conversion Customer Followthrough Sync
This public-safe sync records that private Enterprise PR #94 delivered trial
conversion customer-success and account-team follow-through evidence in
Huzefaaa2/cavra-enterprise.
The public Community repository contains only boundary documentation. It does not contain Enterprise source code, customer records, customer health records, account records, finance records, billing data, license-service internals, production provisioning details, private policy packs, or runtime secrets.
The private Enterprise evidence consumes approved conversion executive renewal evidence and records reference-only customer-success and account-team follow-through metadata for closed-out paid-pilot and production conversions.
Private evidence records references for:
- customer-success follow-up;
- customer health review;
- adoption checkpoint;
- support transition;
- customer-success owner;
- account-team follow-up;
- leadership action;
- renewal-owner acknowledgement;
- renewal commitment;
- commercial next step;
- account owner;
- renewal owner;
- follow-up due dates.
The public repository may document the customer follow-through workflow, expected gates, and reference names. It must not store:
- customer payloads;
- customer health records;
- account records or account notes;
- customer billing records;
- finance records;
- payment-provider secrets;
- license keys or signing material;
- registry credentials;
- production provisioning payloads;
- tenant secrets;
- SaaS backend implementation;
- Enterprise source code;
- paid policy packs.
The private evidence is ready only when:
- executive renewal evidence is ready;
- executive renewal approval is approved;
- the approval package matches the executive renewal evidence package;
- conversion target is
paid_pilotorproduction; - renewal owner matches the approved renewal action owner;
- customer-success, health-review, adoption, support-transition, account-team, leadership, renewal-owner, renewal-commitment, commercial, and owner references are present.
Executive renewal packages can still fail commercially when leadership action, account-team ownership, customer-success follow-up, support transition, and renewal-owner acknowledgement are not tracked to completion. This private gate makes post-conversion accountability auditable without exposing customer, account, finance, billing, license, or provisioning implementation details.

commercial renewal closeout package evidence so approved renewal outcomes can
be packaged for executive reporting, customer-success handoff, account-team
follow-up, revenue operations, and public-safe sync without exposing customer
records, account records, finance records, billing secrets, license-service
internals, or production provisioning secrets.
