Trial Production Observability Support Readiness Sync
This public-safe sync records that private Enterprise PR #106 delivered trial
production observability and support runbook readiness evidence in
Huzefaaa2/cavra-enterprise.
The public Community repository contains only boundary documentation. It does not contain Enterprise source code, customer records, customer health records, account records, finance records, billing data, license-service internals, production provisioning details, private policy packs, or runtime secrets.
The private Enterprise evidence consumes approved commercial launch-readiness final archive evidence and records reference-only production readiness metadata for monitoring, alerting, escalation, support runbooks, customer-success playbooks, operational owner acceptance, public synchronization, and readiness archive.
Private evidence records references for:
- monitoring;
- alerting;
- escalation;
- support runbook;
- customer-success playbook;
- operational acceptance;
- observability owner;
- support owner;
- SRE owner;
- customer-success owner;
- escalation owner;
- operational owner;
- public sync;
- readiness archive.
The public repository may document the production observability and support runbook workflow, expected gates, and reference names. It must not store:
- customer payloads;
- customer health records;
- account records or account notes;
- customer billing records;
- finance records;
- payment-provider secrets;
- license keys or signing material;
- registry credentials;
- production provisioning payloads;
- tenant secrets;
- SaaS backend implementation;
- Enterprise source code;
- paid policy packs.
The private evidence is ready only when:
- commercial launch-readiness final archive evidence is ready;
- commercial launch-readiness final archive approval is approved;
- the approval package matches the final archive evidence package;
- conversion target is
paid_pilotorproduction; - renewal outcome is
renewed,expanded,deferred, orclosed_lost; - monitoring, alerting, escalation, support-runbook, customer-success-playbook, operational-acceptance, owner, public-sync, and archive references are present.
Final archives are not enough for production operation. This private gate makes monitoring, alerting, escalation, support runbook, customer-success playbook, and operational owner acceptance references auditable without exposing customer, account, finance, billing, license, or provisioning implementation details.
Private final release hardening and packaging readiness evidence is now
delivered in cavra-enterprise PR #107.
Next, add private commercialization closeout and release-to-market approval evidence so hardened releases can be closed through commercial launch ownership, customer-success readiness, release governance acceptance, and public-safe roadmap synchronization without exposing Enterprise source code, customer records, billing secrets, license-service internals, artifact signing internals, or production provisioning secrets.
Before the agent acts, CAVRA asks: who is acting, what will change, what policy applies, and what evidence will prove it?
