The public Community repository contains only this boundary documentation. It does not contain Enterprise source code, customer records, billing data, license-service internals, production provisioning details, private policy packs, or runtime secrets.

Private Evidence Added

The private Enterprise evidence consumes approved trial conversion readiness evidence and records reference-only activation or handoff metadata for the selected conversion target.

For paid_pilot conversions, private evidence records references for:

• paid-pilot activation;
• entitlement activation;
• license transition;
• billing handoff;
• customer-success handoff;
• support handoff;
• activation owner and timestamp.

For production conversions, private evidence records references for:

• production handoff;
• tenant provisioning;
• production entitlement;
• production license;
• billing account;
• onboarding runbook;
• support, customer-success, and technical owners;
• target go-live timestamp.

Public Boundary

The public repository may document the activation workflow, expected gates, and reference names. It must not store:

• customer payloads;
• customer billing records;
• payment-provider secrets;
• license keys or signing material;
• registry credentials;
• production provisioning payloads;
• tenant secrets;
• SaaS backend implementation;
• Enterprise source code;
• paid policy packs.

Readiness Gates

The private evidence is ready only when:

• trial conversion readiness evidence is ready;
• trial conversion readiness approval is approved;
• the approval package matches the readiness evidence package;
• paid_pilot conversions include only a paid-pilot activation plan;
• production conversions include only a production handoff plan;
• all target-specific activation or handoff references are present.

Enterprise Challenge Solved

Trial conversion can stall when commercial teams approve a conversion but entitlement activation, license transition, billing handoff, onboarding, support, and production provisioning are not governed together. This private gate makes paid-pilot activation and production handoff auditable while keeping commercial and production implementation details private.
