Trial Final Launch Retrospective Closeout Sync
This public-safe sync records that private Enterprise PR #111 delivered trial
final launch retrospective closeout evidence in Huzefaaa2/cavra-enterprise.
The public Community repository contains only boundary documentation. It does not contain Enterprise source code, customer records, customer health records, account records, finance records, billing data, license-service internals, artifact signing internals, production provisioning details, private policy packs, or runtime secrets.
The private Enterprise evidence consumes approved release retrospective and roadmap intake evidence and records reference-only final closeout metadata for executive acceptance, product planning ownership, customer-success follow-up, renewal expansion action, support trend closure, final archive synchronization, public synchronization, and launch closeout archive.
Private evidence records references for:
- executive acceptance;
- product planning ownership;
- customer-success follow-up;
- renewal expansion action;
- support trend closure;
- final archive synchronization;
- launch closeout archive;
- executive owner;
- product owner;
- customer-success owner;
- renewal owner;
- support owner;
- archive owner;
- public sync;
- final archive.
The public repository may document the final launch retrospective closeout workflow, expected gates, and reference names. It must not store:
- customer payloads;
- customer health records;
- account records or account notes;
- customer billing records;
- finance records;
- payment-provider secrets;
- license keys or signing material;
- artifact signing private keys;
- registry credentials;
- production provisioning payloads;
- tenant secrets;
- SaaS backend implementation;
- Enterprise source code;
- paid policy packs.
This page is now a required public-safe source for the AISPM final announcement
readiness packet. The packet records the source as
private_final_launch_retrospective_closeout_sync and points to this document
so Community users can see the boundary-level closeout summary without needing
private Enterprise repository access.
The sync confirms only that private final launch retrospective evidence exists and has been summarized at the boundary level. It does not publish evaluator identities, account health signals, customer-success notes, renewal records, support trend bodies, archive contents, registry credentials, license material, artifact-signing details, production provisioning data, or Enterprise source code.
Announcement operators must keep this page aligned with
docs/release-verifications/aispm-final-announcement-readiness.md and
docs/release-verifications/aispm-final-announcement-readiness.json before
announcing AISPM Community v1.0 or the Enterprise Trial handoff publicly.
Run scripts/validate-aispm-final-announcement-readiness.py after updating
this sync page.
The private evidence is ready only when:
- release retrospective and roadmap intake evidence is ready;
- release retrospective and roadmap intake approval is approved;
- the approval package matches the retrospective evidence package;
- conversion target is
paid_pilotorproduction; - renewal outcome is
renewed,expanded,deferred, orclosed_lost; - executive-acceptance, product-planning-owner, customer-success-follow-up, renewal-expansion-action, support-trend-closure, final-archive-sync, launch-closeout-archive, owner, public-sync, and final archive references are present.
Roadmap intake is useful only when it closes into accountable operating and planning ownership. This private gate proves executive acceptance, product planning ownership, customer-success follow-up, renewal expansion action, support trend closure, and final archive synchronization without exposing customer, account, finance, billing, license, artifact-signing, or provisioning implementation details.
Roadmap status audit and next-batch planning are now documented in Roadmap-Status-Audit-And-Next-Batch.md.
Next, implement the public policy signing key workflow with tests and documentation, then continue the Community GA Control Hardening batch.
Before the agent acts, CAVRA asks: who is acting, what will change, what policy applies, and what evidence will prove it?
