Trial Conversion Readiness Sync
This public-safe sync records that private Enterprise PR #90 added trial conversion readiness evidence for renewed or escalated trials moving toward paid pilot or production conversion.
The implementation lives only in the private Huzefaaa2/cavra-enterprise
repository. This public Community repository contains documentation of the
boundary, not Enterprise source code, customer data, billing integration code,
license-service logic, production provisioning code, or trial artifact bytes.
The private evidence consumes approved expired-trial follow-up evidence and records references for:
- conversion target;
- customer-success owner;
- sales owner;
- support owner;
- entitlement readiness;
- onboarding readiness;
- commercial approval;
- technical approval;
- target start date.
Supported public-safe conversion target labels are:
paid_pilotproduction
Trial conversion readiness is blocked unless:
- expired-trial follow-up evidence is ready;
- expired-trial follow-up approval is approved;
- the approval package matches the follow-up evidence package;
- the trial outcome is
renewedorescalated; - commercial handoff evidence is present;
- owner, entitlement, onboarding, approval, and target-start references are present;
- conversion target is
paid_pilotorproduction.
Do not commit any of the following to this public repository:
- customer records;
- billing secrets or payment data;
- license keys or license-service internals;
- production provisioning secrets;
- CRM payloads or CRM credentials;
- registry tokens or image pull secrets;
- SaaS backend source code;
- Enterprise trial artifact bytes;
- paid policy packs.
Renewed and escalated trials should not convert through ad hoc sales or support handoffs. This sync shows that private Enterprise evidence can prove conversion readiness across customer-success, sales, support, entitlement, onboarding, commercial approval, and technical approval while keeping the Community repository public-safe.
Add private paid-pilot activation and production-conversion handoff evidence, then sync public docs with public-safe activation and conversion handoff gates.
Before the agent acts, CAVRA asks: who is acting, what will change, what policy applies, and what evidence will prove it?
