This public-safe sync records that private Enterprise PR #95 delivered trial conversion renewal outcome and commercial next-step rollup evidence in Huzefaaa2/cavra-enterprise.

The public Community repository contains only boundary documentation. It does not contain Enterprise source code, customer records, customer health records, account records, finance records, billing data, license-service internals, production provisioning details, private policy packs, or runtime secrets.

Private Evidence Added

The private Enterprise evidence consumes approved conversion customer follow-through evidence and records reference-only renewal outcome, expansion, and commercial next-step metadata for closed-out paid-pilot and production conversions.

  • renewal outcome is renewed, expanded, deferred, or closed_lost;
  • renewal owner matches the approved customer follow-through renewal owner;
  • renewal outcome, closeout, expansion, commercial, risk, and next-review references are present.

Enterprise Challenge Solved

Customer follow-through actions still need a commercial closeout record that ties renewal outcome, expansion, revenue forecast, risk acceptance, and leadership accountability together. This private gate makes the post-conversion commercial outcome auditable without exposing customer, account, finance, billing, license, or provisioning implementation details.
