Trial Conversion Executive Renewal Sync
This public-safe sync records that private Enterprise PR #93 delivered trial
conversion executive summary and renewal action evidence in
Huzefaaa2/cavra-enterprise.
The public Community repository contains only boundary documentation. It does not contain Enterprise source code, customer records, customer health records, finance records, billing data, license-service internals, production provisioning details, private policy packs, or runtime secrets.
The private Enterprise evidence consumes approved conversion closeout and revenue handoff evidence and records reference-only executive summary and renewal action metadata for closed-out conversions.
Private evidence records references for:
- executive summary;
- leadership report;
- account-team action;
- customer-success summary;
- risk owner;
- summary owner and generation timestamp;
- renewal action;
- renewal owner;
- renewal stage;
- next renewal milestone;
- expansion opportunity;
- commercial follow-up;
- action due date.
The public repository may document the executive and renewal workflow, expected gates, and reference names. It must not store:
- customer payloads;
- customer health records;
- customer billing records;
- finance records;
- payment-provider secrets;
- license keys or signing material;
- registry credentials;
- production provisioning payloads;
- tenant secrets;
- SaaS backend implementation;
- Enterprise source code;
- paid policy packs.
The private evidence is ready only when:
- conversion closeout and revenue handoff evidence is ready;
- conversion closeout and revenue handoff approval is approved;
- the approval package matches the closeout/revenue evidence package;
- conversion target is
paid_pilotorproduction; - leadership, account-team, customer-success, risk-owner, renewal-owner, milestone, expansion, and commercial follow-up references are present.
Closed-out conversions can still lose momentum when executive visibility, account-team action, customer-success follow-up, and renewal ownership are not tracked together. This private gate makes leadership summary and renewal accountability auditable without exposing commercial, finance, customer, or provisioning implementation details.

follow-through renewal outcome rollup evidence so customer-success,
account-team, renewal-owner, and leadership actions can be closed against
renewal outcome, expansion, and commercial next-step references without
exposing customer records, account records, finance records, billing secrets,
license-service internals, or production provisioning secrets.
