The public Community repository contains only boundary documentation. It does not contain Enterprise source code, customer records, customer health records, finance records, billing data, license-service internals, production provisioning details, private policy packs, or runtime secrets.

Private Evidence Added

The private Enterprise evidence consumes approved conversion closeout and revenue handoff evidence and records reference-only executive summary and renewal action metadata for closed-out conversions.

  • conversion closeout and revenue handoff approval is approved;
  • the approval package matches the closeout/revenue evidence package;
  • conversion target is paid_pilot or production;
  • leadership, account-team, customer-success, risk-owner, renewal-owner, milestone, expansion, and commercial follow-up references are present.

Enterprise Challenge Solved

Closed-out conversions can still lose momentum when executive visibility, account-team action, customer-success follow-up, and renewal ownership are not tracked together. This private gate makes leadership summary and renewal accountability auditable without exposing commercial, finance, customer, or provisioning implementation details.
