Trial Conversion Closeout Revenue Sync
This public-safe sync records that private Enterprise PR #92 delivered trial
conversion closeout and revenue handoff rollup evidence in
Huzefaaa2/cavra-enterprise.
The public Community repository contains only boundary documentation. It does not contain Enterprise source code, customer records, customer health records, finance records, billing data, license-service internals, production provisioning details, private policy packs, or runtime secrets.
The private Enterprise evidence consumes approved conversion activation or production handoff evidence and records reference-only closeout and revenue handoff metadata for activated conversions.
Private evidence records references for:
- customer-success closeout;
- support closeout;
- release acceptance;
- closeout owner and timestamp;
- finance owner;
- revenue owner;
- billing status;
- subscription or order handoff;
- renewal forecast;
- revenue recognition;
- revenue handoff timestamp.
The public repository may document the closeout workflow, expected gates, and reference names. It must not store:
- customer payloads;
- customer health records;
- customer billing records;
- finance records;
- payment-provider secrets;
- license keys or signing material;
- registry credentials;
- production provisioning payloads;
- tenant secrets;
- SaaS backend implementation;
- Enterprise source code;
- paid policy packs.
The private evidence is ready only when:
- conversion activation or production handoff evidence is ready;
- conversion activation or production handoff approval is approved;
- the approval package matches the activation evidence package;
- conversion target is
paid_pilotorproduction; - customer-success, support, release-management, finance, revenue, billing, subscription/order, renewal forecast, and revenue-recognition references are present.
Trial-to-paid conversion can still fail after activation when customer-success, support, release-management, finance, and revenue ownership are not closed out together. This private rollup makes activated paid pilots and production conversions auditable without exposing commercial, finance, customer, or provisioning implementation details.
Add private conversion closeout executive summary and renewal action evidence so activated paid pilots and production conversions can be summarized for leadership, account teams, and renewal owners without exposing customer records, finance records, billing secrets, license-service internals, or production provisioning secrets.
Before the agent acts, CAVRA asks: who is acting, what will change, what policy applies, and what evidence will prove it?
