Trial Commercial Launch-Readiness Final Archive Sync

This public-safe sync records that private Enterprise PR #105 delivered trial commercial launch-readiness final archive and retrospective closeout evidence in Huzefaaa2/cavra-enterprise.

The public Community repository contains only boundary documentation. It does not contain Enterprise source code, customer records, customer health records, account records, finance records, billing data, license-service internals, production provisioning details, private policy packs, or runtime secrets.

Private Evidence Added

The private Enterprise evidence consumes approved commercial launch-readiness executive review evidence and records reference-only final archive metadata for release retrospective, customer-success follow-up, roadmap intake, renewal expansion archive, next-cycle acceptance, public synchronization, and retrospective archive.

Private evidence records references for:

  • final archive;
  • release retrospective;
  • customer-success follow-up;
  • roadmap intake;
  • renewal expansion archive;
  • next-cycle acceptance;
  • archive owner;
  • release owner;
  • customer-success owner;
  • product owner;
  • renewal owner;
  • next-cycle owner;
  • public sync;
  • retrospective archive.

Public Boundary

The public repository may document the launch-readiness final archive workflow, expected gates, and reference names. It must not store:

  • customer payloads;
  • customer health records;
  • account records or account notes;
  • customer billing records;
  • finance records;
  • payment-provider secrets;
  • license keys or signing material;
  • registry credentials;
  • production provisioning payloads;
  • tenant secrets;
  • SaaS backend implementation;
  • Enterprise source code;
  • paid policy packs.

Readiness Gates

The private evidence is ready only when:

  • commercial launch-readiness executive review evidence is ready;
  • commercial launch-readiness executive review approval is approved;
  • the approval package matches the executive review evidence package;
  • conversion target is paid_pilot or production;
  • renewal outcome is renewed, expanded, deferred, or closed_lost;
  • final-archive, release-retrospective, customer-success follow-up, roadmap-intake, renewal-expansion, next-cycle-acceptance, owner, public-sync, and archive references are present.

Enterprise Challenge Solved

Executive-review outputs must be retained as governed release evidence before production observability and support runbook readiness can be treated as a launch gate. This private gate makes retrospective and next-cycle archive references auditable without exposing customer, account, finance, billing, license, or provisioning implementation details.

Next Recommendation

Private production observability and support readiness evidence is now documented in Trial-Production-Observability-Support-Readiness-Sync.md. Next, add private final release hardening and packaging readiness evidence so observability-ready releases can be gated by artifact signing, SBOM, vulnerability exceptions, rollback package, release notes, support handoff, and commercial launch approval without exposing Enterprise source code, customer records, billing secrets, license-service internals, or production provisioning secrets.
