• IR interest group (Bryan)

• Momentum in getting Google Scholar integration using Drupal Tokens
• Install profile development in the works, which will include IR content types (which are still in development
• Anticipating a Google Scholar integration Sprint, developing methods for harvesting and indexing Google Scholar

• ISLE Interest Group (Danny or Bryan)

• ISLE did an ISLE7 release recently
• About to slice an alpha release, along with the install profile
• It will have more configurations, more proper support for newspapers, uses a new theme

• Documentation Interest Group (David, Melissa, or Mirko)

• mainly discussed the documentation audit sprint
• trying to identify the priorities for a real documentation sprint, which will be happening next month

Islandora 8

• there is a sprint going on now, addressing low hanging fruit
• have had 6-7 pull requests, mostly doing small fixes
• lots of install support and slack messaging to support, there are 4-5 people doing manual install, not using ISLE or the playbook
• consider making the documentation more approachable, to reduce user desire to install manually
• possibly having workshops on "How to Docker", possibly a two hour event and record to distribute (Bethany has volunteered to contribute to this)
• Danny does not want to be a benevolent code dictator, but wishes he had wand powers

Islandora Events

• there is an open meeting next Tuesday (April 27th @ 10-2pm EST) demo of oral histories from Arizona State University details

Round Table

• Mirko: working on documentation sprint
• Sean Knowlton: making some good progress, interested in bringing his team to the open meeting
• Bethany: adapting Isle to use Kubernetes, using Drupal Workbench, focusing on Export, addressing media types and uses, making sure the drupal file system is in S3
• Amy Blau: Working with Born Digital and Isle8, just fine tuning the process and hoping to have full migrations soon
• Ian Song: Working on migrations, the IR and research from old database to Islandora 7
• David Kwasny: downloading JP2s from Islandora end up inverted on Windows OS only, no one knows why
• Brandon: working on migration
• David Wilcox: Fedora workshops, working with Fedora 6
