Summer of Islandora - Themed Open Meetings for June/July/August
- Need to decide on a topic for June Open Meeting (June 28) as a priority
- Will also need to strongly consider topics for the other months as well
- Need to delegate the task of gathering demo volunteers/presenters
- Use the sign up sheet here to keep track of presenters so we can draft a tentative schedule.
- Can be presenters from outside of ICC
- Once we set the topic it might be easier to shorten the list of people to approach to do a demo/present
- Will need to have this completed by June 18 (at the very latest) so we can begin to send communications to community
- Ideas for where else we can send these communications to try and reach a broader audience? Put them in the brainstorming doc..
- Volunteers to help draft communications?
