Where to go for help, and how to get the fastest answer. A real person answers every support message.

What happens after you write in

• You get a reference number straight away.
• A person replies by email within two business days.

For account, billing or security questions, use the form or email rather than Discord, so a person can check your account and reply privately.

Write a report that gets fixed fast

Include:

1. Your Flashback version. It's shown in the Flashback window's sidebar and in Settings > App updates. The Report a bug button there fills it in for you.
2. The game, and whether it was windowed, borderless or fullscreen.
3. What you pressed and what happened instead.
4. Your settings: preset, resolution, frame rate, codec, capture method, display, and audio options.
5. Your hardware: graphics card (NVIDIA, AMD or Intel) and, for laptops, whether there are two GPUs.
6. Diagnostics, if asked. Use the Diagnostics button at the bottom of Settings, check the redacted text, then copy or save it. Please don't send raw log files. See Diagnostics and logs.

For security reports, don't put exploit details anywhere others could see them, including Discord.
