The MDIBL mesoSPIM utilizes a ZWO 7 x 2" filter wheel. 2 inch emission filters with and without mount can be mounted using the plastic retaining rings which need to be screwed down with 3x M2x6 or 3x M2x8 screws (Screws are not included). The filterwheel is mounted onto the tube lens using a 3D-printed sleeve.
The clampable sleeve is mounted with thread insets that need to be melted into the 3D printed (PLA) part with a soldering iron.
Note: The filter wheel itself does not need to be removed to mount the sleeve, the filter wheel can also be rotated manually (as long as at least one filter position is empty).
